Our claim in this field is the same as that for plant construction: Your solution is unique, it is implemented perfectly and it is delivered from a single source. We do not think in terms of scale or magnitude: Sometimes, a simple control system may be the most effective plant controller. However, we also develop animated visualisations with touch-screen operation – and, of course, even the controller for complex production processes with control centres, ERP connection and operational data acquisition including continuous batch traceability.

RPMS
Flexible management software with diverse functions for the complete production process
We design production processes in an efficient manner, control them precisely and document them: The Ruland process management system (RPMS) is more than a simple PLC controller or plant visualisation system. This modularly built process management has numerous functions that can be combined. The RPMS plans production processes from resources and raw materials in a flexible way and on an individual basis depending on the product and formulation. Therefore, the utilisation of the systems can be maximised and the cost and effort for change in production and cleaning can be minimised. The speciality: The system works independently of the plant or system and plans orders even across and beyond multiple production lines and controllers. Comprehensive documentation of the process values and results as well as the quality characteristics ensures effective and relevant reports.
Electrical planning
Our electricians prepare the switching cabinet constructions and circuit diagrams and take over the planning of the route. Modern E-CAD systems support our technicians in the planning. Even changes in the on-going projects are no issue for us: We implement new specifications quickly and flexibly.
