Sustainability at Ruland

All the plants we build are designed for the long term and resource-saving production. We also implement sustainability on a small scale on our company premises: We maintain old trees and have laid eco-paving so as not to seal the soil. We operate a large photovoltaic system on our south side. And a modern infrared radiation system heats our production hall in an extremely energy-efficient way. We use the waste heat to heat our offices.

In 2022, the entire Ruland Group with all its sites was awarded the bronze medal by the independent EcoVadis agency for its strategy in the categories of environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

In our relationships with customers, employees and suppliers, we have lived Corporate Social Responsibility consistently since the beginning of our company’s history. You’ll find our declaration and corporate commitment on the download site.

According to this principle, we design and build plants based on individual customer needs. We are guided in our daily work and in our cooperation by our vision, mission and our understanding of leadership.
