Implementation

In the implementation phase, our engineers, designers and technicians implement the planning. A complex system is created from the individual elements, module manufacture, pipeline construction and electrical installation. Firstly, all modules of your plant are transported to the construction site where experienced site technicians assemble everything on-site: They complete the cabling and join pipelines with the appropriate supply media. Then things get interesting: We commission your plant jointly with you. Once everything is running smoothly we then hand the plant over to you. Our process and electrical engineers support you with the initial production processes and train your employees. The acceptance report completes the implementation phase.

Our installation team would be pleased to take over the complete pipeline construction for your plant. As an alternative, we can also make supervisors available to you who will ensure that the modules are connected and joined at your site both properly and professionally. The installation work of connecting and joining is done on the basis of 3D models, route sections and dimensional extracts. With this, our technicians can implement the planning for engineering both efficiently and correctly.
