We also carry out repair work promptly. In the course of our maintenance services at your premises we are also able to train your employees directly on the systems.

24 hour service

The 24 hour service is our elite offer: We set up a personal hotline specifically for you. Our headoffice in Neustadt supports you without any waiting time on the telephone and with the help of remote maintenance: Consequently, we have direct access to your systems. If necessary, we can even come directly to you at your premises within the response time agreed upon in advance. Incidentally, the hotline is not merely supported by third party professionals: You get immediate access to experts covering the most diverse disciplines and receive quick and competent assistance.


Online service

The online service enables our employees to access your automation systems directly with the help of remote maintenance. This naturally takes the relevant security concepts into consideration, in order to prevent unauthorised access by an external party. Connections may be established directly via a PC, a telephone line, a local network (LAN), a DFÜ network (WAN) or an Internet service provider with encryption. With the help of remote maintenance, we carry out an initial error analysis and we then modify or optimise programs. We can even complete smaller commissioning work on-line without spending time in transit.
