Consulting on plant engineering and technology

Consulting for us is intense communication and teamwork

In our consulting projects on plant engineering and process technology, we focus on our customer. Teamwork from the very beginning and intense communication are the basis. At Ruland, we have experts with unique technological expertise as well as holistically thinking all-rounders, who support you comprehensively and competently in all matters. This includes the analysis of weak spots, the optimisation of your existing process plants and process system as well as the planning and implementation of customised process solutions and the utilities. From a single source, we plan and supply your process plants in the production of liquids such as beverages, foods, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, biotechnologies and much more.

Our idea of consulting on plant engineering

Listening, understanding and developing ideas

Some may offer you a quick solution out off the rack. Not us. In our discussions with your project team, we listen to your points, ask questions and want to capture your wishes and visions. Only when we fully understand your products and your requirements, we draft our basic engineering ideas and concepts for you.

Concepts for economic and sustainable decisions

Planning is not a one-way street. In our basic engineering, we develop a rough concept for you along with alternatives. We also consider material and information flow as well as efficient work processes and integration of the plants in the existing production infrastructure. For completely new plant systems and premises, we design the plant layout for you. We include your requirements for aseptic and hygienic design. Consistent and modern automation concepts are part of our basic engineering. You will get schedules with milestones for the optimum implementation of the plant engineering project and your investment. This gives you a solid basis for a sustainable decision on your future process plants.

The detail engineering starts now. Our team plans and designs your process plant individually and state-of-the-art. Amongst others, efficiency and optimum utilisation of system components are a top priority. You will receive exactly the degree of preliminary planning that is useful and necessary for your process plant project. We also provide tender documents that you can ask for qualified and, above all, comparable offers. Of course, we also offer you the implementation of the process equipment.

When all offers are available, you have to make your decision. You know the budget you will need for your future investment, you have a schedule for implementation and an idea of both the future process and the future layout of your process plant. This completes the design and planning phase and the consulting project. Here again, we are happy to be on your side.

In our consulting projects we support you with

Do you need support with your consulting project?

We would be delighted to advise you personally.

Basis of every planning are 10 relevant items for plant design and process technology. Consulting projects are followed by the quotation phase, if that was not already part of tender. Then we continue with plant engineering and project management. When the system is running, our service department takes over regular maintenance and servicing.
