Your application at Ruland
It doesn’t matter if you are starting to train with us, coming fresh from high school or you already have professional experience, your informative and complete application is the basis for starting the process.
What your application should include:
- Letter of motivation with your complete contact details
- Curriculum vitae in tabular form*
- Certificates regarding academic degrees and internships
- References, the last three are usually sufficient
- Work permit, if necessary
- Information about your willingness to travel worldwide (in %)
- Your salary requirement
Kindly send all documents in German language.
*Note: The mandatory personal data in the CV include: Name- and lastname, address, phone-number, mail address, date of birth, place of birth, nationality and marital status.

Receipt inspection at Human Resources
We will have a close look at each application and you will receive an automatic feedback. First we will check if your documents are complete. If information is missing, we will contact you directly.
Checking your documents at the respective department
You have invested a lot of time and effort in your application. We appreciate that and take our time to carefully check your documents. This process can take some time. If you sent your documents unsolicited, we have to check possible jobs according to your profile. Even if the internal process takes some time, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Our personal meeting
Your job interview
If your application fits our profile, we will schedule an appointment for a job- or phone interview with you and usually the head of the respective department. We will send you a personal e-mail with all the information. The interview with you is very important for us, that’s why we calculate 1 to 2 hours to get to know you and to introduce us. Please feel free to request all questions you have, to get a comprehensive impression about us.
What happens after the interview?
If we were able to convince you at the interview, we once again ask you for some patience, until we finished our complete application round. This depends on the number of applicants we invited and how the interviews are scheduled. Sometimes we need a second interview to get to know you closer. Before we get started together, we will send you your contract per post.
