PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 successfully completed at Ruland Tychy

The Quality Management System, in accordance with the new binding rules, requires an analysis of the organisation, taking into account internal and external factors significant for the purpose and strategic direction of the operations of the company and those which affect its ability to achieve the intended results. The risks and opportunities, which are an important element in the planning process, derived from the strategy and environment in which the organization operates are no less significant. The focus is always on achieving the results planned by the company, the effectiveness of the system and the ability to meet the objectives. The Quality Management System focuses on the process approach and the P-D-C-A (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method, which has set the main direction for our projects – focusing on the design, production and service of the supplied equipment. The adopted requirements correspond well with the principles of our company, where we try to take action in a deliberate and organised manner, striving for the highest quality of equipment and services we provide. Obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification is not only a matter of structuring the processes carried out in our company, it is also prestige in the eyes of our customers and an increase in the trust placed in Ruland.
